How do I return my product(s)?

Pro Jersey Shop Inc. strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges

Return Order Condition: All the returned or exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned items in an unacceptable condition could not be refunded.


Policy:
1 If the item is damaged or defective.
If the item is damaged or defective, you can exchange for free or ask for a full refund including shipping cost.
The return shipping cost would be on us, and it is calculated using lowest cost shipping method.
2 The item is fine but you change your mind.
If you want to exchange an item without quality issue, you would be responsible for all the shipping costs. This also applies to size changing. The exchange item will be sent to ship once we receive the return parcel.
If you are returning an item without quality issue, you can get a refund of 100% product purchase price, the shipping cost and transaction fees are not refundable. Also you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3 The item does not arrive due to wrong shipping information
If you filled in the incorrect shipping information and don’t get the order, you can choose to pay for the shipping cost to have it reshipped, we’ll ship the replacement out once we confirmed the original parcel has been returned to us.
You can also choose to require a refund of 100% product purchase price, shipping cost not included. If your order is shipped free, the shipping cost would be taken from your refund.

How to return an item
Please inspect your package once you receive it. If there is any issue of the item, which barely happens, contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. We would NOT take in complaints made after 48 hours upon receiving the package.
1 Contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your package.
2 Send the order back within 7 days after the return is authorized, and please include your order date and order number in the return parcel.
Please send us the tracking number after you return the item. Non-trackable parcels are not eligible for a refund. We would recommend you use parcel service such as EMS, UPS or DHL that offers a tracking method.


Considering  the transportation time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what's more

WHAT IS  OUR  RESENT POLICY WORKING?


If you are with one of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resent you a new package.


1.SIZE PROBLEM 

If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Provide pictures that you wearing the jersey for us to confirm, After we confirm you can pay $15 postage for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.


2. DELAY SHIPMENT 

1) If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal to 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


2) If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and make sure you get it.

*Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons.


Where I can see the “declared shipment time”?


When you are on the checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that follows the shipping method. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment time.
